Cubs from 1st Chertsey Scout Group entered the District Cubs Cooking Competition this week, bringing with them the fresh taste of Japanese cuisine.
James, Jess and Bella stunned the judges by preparing a fantastic meal of tori karaage, spinach and daikon salad along with “Auntie Tamie’s daikon-nantoka and Ponzu mayo”.
The dishes must have hit the spot, as the trio walked away with 1st place.
